Saga of the Seven Suns by Kevin J Anderson

I’m currently reading the 6th book of the Saga of the Seven Suns series by Kevin J Anderson. I have to admit I’ve never gotten this deep into a story in some time. Earth is starting to populate other planets and coming in contact with other races, but one mistake starts a chain reaction of events that leads to wars between ancient races and Humans.

Kevin J Anderson has also written or co-authored books in the Star Wars saga, Dune series, and many others. He is truly a master of the space opera genre which makes this series very hard to put down.

    There is a lot better out there as far as sci-fi series are concerned. Any particular reason you pocked this one?

    I was poking around Audible for a good story, and saw that this series was getting some good reviews. I purchased the first few books in audio format and listened to them during my commute to work.

    The Audible version had some excellent narration, it helped to pull me into the story. Once I’m pulled in and get to know the characters, I’m hooked.
